Conway Packing Services Limited is looking for an Administration Assistant to work within our MoD Team at our Tipton site (DY4 7UD) an overview of the role is listed below.

Pay rate- £11.44 Per Hour


Hours of work – Part time or full-time hours between 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday (Please indicate your preferred hours in your application)


Overview of Role- Costings Administration, Labelling and General Administration.


Duties to include -

Costing Administration

A.       Data inputting of costings onto internal IT System from Job Sets/Cutting Lists (Supplied information)

B.       Supply ENQ numbers (quote/enquiry numbers from the system) to production as required

C.       Sending order confirmations to match the ENQ.

D.      Checking invoices ensuring accuracy of information supplied, passing on as relevant.

E.       Timely communication Emails of completed invoices to customers

F.       Ensure any changes implemented on the ENQ / Job system are supported/recorded as necessary.


Labelling

A.       Print Labels for packing goods in line with administration documents.


Administration

a)       Liaising with Customers when necessary to confirm packing authority

b)       Ensure that all internal and externally required processes/checks and documentation are correct and appropriate personnel have been communicated with

c)       Managing PO activity

d)       Undertake a Contract Review on each job processed prior to passing on for processing

e)       Update all relevant data sheets/data systems in a timely manner

f)        Follow job through to ensure all packing requirements have been met

g)       General filing / administrative/data inputting work
