Wherever required, the Company does provide a dedicated SITE TEAM fully equipped to provide a comprehensive on-site packing service.

The Company recognises that a rapid turnaround regardless of component size or weight, is vital to our customer, and we guarantee our commitment to provide the service necessary to fully satify our customers demands, which includes a 24 hour service, if required. The Company's purposely adapted factory incorporates automatic lifting and handling facilities throughout its premises (including the 25 tonne crane shown in this picture).

An Example Of Export Packing:
Our site team in the final stages of packing a 100 ton alternator, showing the sealing of the aluminium 'seat bag' with dessicant enclosed and air extracted, prior to the remaining side and roof section being fitted. To prevent damage the roof section is reinforced by a series of stressed steel beams bolted together which were manufactured by our Fabrication Section and transported to site. The equipment is secured within the crate using special fitments to ensure its full protection whilst in transit. The finished product is a complete climatic and humidity-proof package to withstand extreme conditions for a minimum period of 2 years.
